 Consulting with functional unit management and personnel to identify, define and document business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements, and levels of systems access.
 Co ordinating between departmental end-users, technical analysts, information technology analysts and consultants in the analysis, design, configuration, testing and maintenance of systems to ensure optimal operational performance.
 Analyzing the feasibility of new systems and enhancements to existing systems and to develop requirements to ensure that the system design fits the needs of the users.
 To track and fully document changes for functional and business specifications and to write detailed universally understood procedures for permanent records and for use in training.
 Participating in user acceptance testing and testing of new system functionality.
 Developing training curriculum and to conduct formal training sessions covering assigned systems module.
 To provide work direction to one or more technical or clerical staff or acts as a team lead on designated projects or assignments.
 To develop information system documentation to support efficient operations and to prepare reports through business objects.
 Involvement in preparation of Business Plan Presentation.
 Handling ISO related activities and preparing procedural manual.
 Oracle 9i, PL/SQL, Forms and Reports.
 Course in JAVA Programming from N.I.I.T-Bangalore.
 Course in Hardware & Networking from I.I.H.T-Bangalore.
