• Administering and interpreting Human Resources policies, procedures and programs;
• Conducting and Facilitating the screening and selecting process for recruitment of potential candidates by Liaising with Line Managers regarding vacancies which arise;
• Coordinating the onboarding process of all new employees ensuring all necessary arrangements are in place, offer letters are generated, visas are processed, paperwork is completed & inductions coordinated in order to enable new starters to effectively carry out their role from day 1 of their employment plus maintain and operate effective system of renewal of visas, labor cards, life insurance, medical insurance for employees and their dependents;
• Handling immigration issues and returns with the respective authorities in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures;
• Prepare when advised any letters & documentation such as transfer letters, disciplinary warning letters, salary adjustments etc to ensure effective communication with the employee & other stakeholders;
• Responsible for advising employees & coordinating data collection regarding medical insurance cards, claims & approvals therefore ensuring employees understand their medical insurance entitlements & regular updates are issued to the medical insurance company regarding card additions & deletions & insurance claim approvals for payment;
• Preparing annual HR and admin budget;
• Maintaining work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions;
• Processing Salary Structure & Review related to changes in employees salary and allowances and other compensation duties;
• Preparing and maintaining employment records related to event such as hiring, terminations, leaves, transfers or promotions. etc;
• Conducting Employee performance appraisals and identify key training and other development oriented opportunities for employees and recommend ways and means to optimise employee performance;
• Defining KPI’s at the start of the year for all employees as per the given timelines;
• Maintaining and Updating human resources documents, such as organisational charts, employee handbooks or directories, performance evaluation forms;
• Conducting performance reviews with departmental heads and monitor employee productivity, attitudes and performance results;
• Ensuring an effective performance evaluation process is approved by management;
• Maintaining a record of all the Incentive schemes as well as track when the changes are done, new schemes implemented as well as review dates;
• Coordinate leavers process ensuring all documentation regarding gratuity payments are finalized & in compliance with UAE labor legislation;
• Maintaining Staff files taking into consideration the Confidentiality of information;
• Ensure payroll input, leave applications are processed and reconcile payroll.
• Generating periodic reports for management, as necessary or requested, to track strategic goal accomplishment;
• Serving the link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and helping resolve work-related problems;
• Issuing employees annual tickets;
• Taking care of staff related issues since joining until exit;
• Attending to all general office administrative correspondence.
