-Promote the offers to the potential customers and provide accurate and satisfactory answers.
-Answer telephone calls from customers who are responding to advertisements.
-Investigate complaints and follow up with customers.
-Record customer details including reaction to the offers.
-Contact customers to follow up on initial interaction.
-Input order and deal details into the computer system.
-Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
-Close sales and achieving monthly goals.
-Follow up with Sales Mangers in regards to all sales and administrative processes.
-Write letters, invoices and proposals for customers.
-Screen and forward the documents & letters received.
-Assist the Sales team in sale operation.
-Verify all sales deal documents which subject for approval.
-Manage various administration activities
