• Handling Manpower meetings with department Heads
• Implement Pharo Pharma manpower plan through proceeding in covering the required vacancies
• Issue and receive hiring requests for all required vacancies of different departments
• Post all required vacancies through different channels
• Screen and prepare shortlist of relevant CVs matching with required criteria
• Conduct Interviews with Junior (white& blue callers), Mid-level& Managerial level shortlisted candidates and arrange with department requesters for technical Interviews

Other HR Responsibilities
• Conducting SHL program Feedback “personal job match” report to more than 100 employees
• Insert all New hires personal data on SAP program
• Arrange& facilitate summer training
• Receive hiring requests for all required vacancies of different departments
• Post all required vacancies through different channels
• Screen and prepare shortlist of relevant CVs matching with required criteria
• Conduct Interviews with Junior (white& blue callers) &Mid-level shortlisted candidates and arrange with department requesters for technical Interviews
• prepare offer letters, notify Applicants of consideration or rejection
• Checking the completeness of all the hiring credentials & signing all the hiring documents including contract, social insurance form no 1, bank account application
• Conducting exit interviews for any resigned employee & try to retain them
• Review Monthly Headcount Database to ensure it's always up to date and matching with current Job titles for employees.
• Prepare Monthly Recruitment Reports and analysis (Turnover analysis -Exit interview-Sales Manpower-
Hiring& Resignation analysis)
Other HR Responsibilities
• Developing and updating job descriptions for more than 150 employees
• Participating in the orientation sessions for the newly hired employees.
• Sending to the bank New Employees Bank applications and follow up to deliver bank cards to employees
• Insert financial Expenses for commercial Medical Reps
• Update Medical care database
• Prepare Monthly Compensation& benefits Reports
Receipt of the job requirement of the customer and carefully review the job description
the announcement of the jobs vacancies in the various recruitment websites
Filter CVs received according to job requirements
Screened resumes through telephone interview to identify qualified applicants.
Review CVs of candidates to be sent to clients
Coordinating interviews & appointments between candidates and clients.
Follow up the updates with clients and candidates"
