Investigate and document all received allegations of research misconduct.
Handle post publication corrections and commentaries; and ensure that they adhere to the publication ethics and follow our in‐house style.
Coordinate with the Head of Research Integrity to take the appropriate actions and decisions regarding all received allegations.
Conduct researches either for reviewing current policies or developing new ones seeking to promote good research practice.
Handle all allegations related inquiries and communicate with claimants, authors, editors, institutions, publishers, and any other concerned parties.
Follow up on the editorial workflow at all stages to ensure timely completion of the process.
Act as a liaison between authors, editors and reviewers during the whole review process.
Act as a liaison between authors of accepted manuscripts and production unit in order to ensure receiving all materials required to proceed with the production cycle.
Work collaboratively with the Editorial Quality Assurance team in order to ensure that the manuscript and its review process adhere to the journal’s guidelines and policies. Work collaboratively with Information Technology Department in order to resolve complaints of all users.
