•Screen and interview candidates for various roles.
•Liaise with clients to understand role requirements to source the most suitable candidates.
•Keep up to date with the latest industry trends to ensure candidates can be evaluated against industry standard assessments,
• Managing over 50 customer's complaints per day across Calls, Emails and SocialMedia Chat, seller's reviews.
• Investigates complaints to determine root cause, identify
resolution, confirm correction.
• Working closely with other departments to complete investigation reports.
• Maintain defined SOP and ensure fast TAT for customers
• Deliver excellent customer satisfaction in timely and effective manner
• Understand all organization's products, services, procedures and guidelines andcommunicate same to all team members.
• Maintains complaints log and participates in process improvements, Prepares andanalyzes reports on the number of complaints on daily basis
