Human Resources Coordinator in Jordanian Investment & Supply Co. W.L.L. (TSC/ Safeway) since June 2008 - present
- Handling all HR administrative issues related to the business unit. This includes the administration of personnel files, information system update, recruitment database update and other administrative tasks as required.
- Management of all HR systems and processes including the Performance Management Process, New Employees Induction Process, Compensation & Benefits System and other systems as required.
- Develop and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and various institutes to source the best candidates as per Company requirements.
- Provide assistance in developing and managing of documentation and record keeping / filing system.
- To make arrangements for employee accommodation and facilities reservations as required.
- Consolidating and executing accommodation requests in accordance with the travel desk arrivals report and
ensuring availability of accommodation and related facilities.
- Managing company accommodation facilities and ensuring proper maintenance in accordance with company
policy and contractual agreements.
- Ensuring compliance with company accommodation policies, procedures, rules and regulations.
- Ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and coordinating all Government related matters with AGA
department .
- Coordinating transportation requirements with the logistics function in line with arrival and work schedules.
