● Understand client's brief and objectives to be transferred into action plans within specific time frame.
● Select research methods appropriate to pre-defined client criteria.
● Read press releases/broadcast coverage and assessing if stories are favorable or detrimental to clients.
● Set up clients' profiles on a social media monitoring tool, efficiently to make sure that it captures all conversations related to the clients on all social media platforms; the set up process includes creating lists of keywords that identify the client's products in different slang dialects in the Arab region.
● Prepare high-quality client-ready research reports on time.
● Make presentations.
● Ensure set deadlines are met.
● Apply quantitative and qualitative research techniques to understand and analyze online conversation, and provide insightful and actionable information to clients.
● Monitor and analyze conversations taking place on social media platforms using different social media monitoring and analysis tools.
● Prepare Sentiment analysis reports.
● Maintain familiarity with all kinds of social media tools like HootSuite, Topsy, Engagor and Talk Walker.
● Summarize and finalize data at the end of projects.
● Translate reports or revise it translations, when needed.
● Identify the project stakeholders, collect their requirements, and prepare the stakeholder strategy to get their support in the project.
● Prepare the project scope statement, product acceptance criteria, project constraints.
● Create the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
● Estimate the project resources and determine the proper loading on the project life cycle.
● Estimate the activities duration.
● Prepare the project schedule in light of the contract and project priorities.
● Plan the project communication.
● Prepare the risk management plan, identify the project risks.
● Follow up with the concerning departments to ensure the implementation for their tasks in accordance with schedule requirements.
● Monitor and control the project schedule, cost and quality.
● Monitor the project risks and perform the contingency plan.
● Manage the stakeholder expectation.
● Issue the necessary reports such as the progress report and budget control report including the monthly invoices to the client.
● Maintain the relevant site feedback to ensure smooth erection activities and recover site problem if any.

● Check the accuracy of Software references, localized graphics amd other requirements that might be specific to the project.
● Do all roles stated below as a translator when there is a need to translate myself.
● Ensure set deadlines are met.
● Translate documents and other material (Eng <> Ara)
a. Following the translation styles, guidelines or instructions given by the company/client
b. Following established rules such as sentence structure, grammar and punctuation
c. Searching for the proper translation using all the possible means (internet, project references, etc)
d. Editing the target text to ensure cohesion and consistency
e. Ensuring consistency in terminology and style
f. Ensuring linguistic accuracy
g. Ensuring that all items in the workflow system translator checklist are applied
● Check and revise the finished work:
h. Checking whether the meaning has been conveyed or not
i. Ensuring that there are no omissions or errors in the target text and making any needed amendments accordingly
j. Applying the corrections/comments of the reviser on the translated material
k. Applying the corrections/comments of the clients on the translated material
● Study terminology/coinage and search for the appropriate term according to context
● Enter the translation/terminology in a translation memory program
● Translate documents and other material (Eng <> Ara)
