e) Worked on the concept of designing the Gravity flow Drainage System and submitted the Proposal to Consultant for approval.

g) Prepared the Systems that will control and maintain all the incoming Design, Shop, Builders Work, and Electro Mechanical Coordination Drawings (Established the Document Control System Setup in the project).

 External - Execution / Site Supervision

 Lead Engineer for 4 zones, with a team of 8 Junior Engineers and their teams, for execution of Electro Mechanical Works in Haram Building Expansion Project.
 Supervision for Execution of Electro Mechanical Works such as Installation of:
1. Electro Mechanical Equipments (AHU’s, FCU’s, Fans, Pumps, Switchgears, Transformers, EMDB’s, EMCC’s, DP’s, Final Branch Panels, etc., ) as per the Manufacturer recommended drawings and approved equipment layout.
2. Ducting, Fire Fighting Pipes, Chilled Water Piping and Plumbing; as per the approved Shop Drawings & Coordination Drawings.
3. Hydrostatic testing of all the Mechanical Piping Installations.
4. Air Leak Test for all the Ducting.
 Participating in regular Site Inspections for all Electro Mechanical Works with Quality Control Department, Contractor and Consultant.
 Raising Internal and External Letters related to execution and other special scopes.
 Attending the Internal and External Meeting with company management, Contractor and Consultant for updates and look ahead’s.

 Area In-Charge for Fabrication & Erection of 10, 000 ID of Piping (CS, SS, DUPLEX, GRP and GRVE), their Welding, Modification, Hydrostatic and Pneumatic Testing on Desalination skid.
 Worked on 150 hydrostatic and pneumatic test packs.
 Review and Study of all the approved Drawings for the Desalination Skid.
 Preparation of rigging study to execute the piping under congested area.
 Raise RFI’s and TQ’s in case of any Technical issues during construction.
 Worked on Site Instructions issued by the contractor for modifications.
 Attending the daily meeting with the Contractor (JGC & KBR) to update the daily progress and plan for the work front.
 Completing the final post punch list of the system and reinstatement.
 Handover the system to the Contractor after the reinstatement of piping with all Mechanical Equipments and Instruments.
2. As a Field Engineer Piping, Ras Laffan Olefin Project.

 Mark up of all the Isometric drawings of piping and issue them for construction.
 Preparation of the Hydrostatic, Pneumatic, and service test packs for the entire piping of plant by analyzing and deep study of different criteria such as pressure, piping class, type of fluid from Line List and other aspects that occur in the P&ID.
 Familiar with all the standard symbols and studying of P&ID.
 Review of all the test packages and approving them for final hydrostatic testing with the client.
 Preparation of lifting study for all the equipments (vessels, columns, pumps, exchangers, etc, ).
 Preparation of method statement for all the activies that includes fabrication and erection of piping, erection of tanks, hydrostatic and Pneumatic testing of piping.
 Preparation of SDM (Site Design Modification) when required for change in the existing design.
 Raise RFI (Request for Information) if in case of any mismatch in the approved drawings.
 To look after the FCR (Field Change Request) issued from site to amend the drawings and coordination in preparing the As-Built Drawings.
 Familiar with standard codes, procedures and working environment with the Contractor.
 Attending the co-ordination meeting with client on review of test packs and their testing.

3. As a Mechanical Site Engineer and In-charge (replacement), Qatar Gas 3 & 4 Project.

 Organize, plan, manage and complete the activities, sorting them in a sequence, with safety and quality as the primary measures, within the scheduled time.
 Supervising the fabrication of all the Shop Welding Joints of Piping, Supports and other steel structure as per the approved Isometric and detail drawings in the Work Shop.
 Erection Entire Piping (CS, SS, Alloy Steel, HDPE and PVC), Pipe Supports and Steel Structure as per the approved Layout drawings.
 Execution of Lube oil inlet & outlet, fuel inlet & outlet piping and Testing for Power Generators.

 Attending the Internal meetings with the company management for completion of milestones.
