• Heading Kitchen Cell- which involves handling the entire product supply chain.
• Role Evolved from planning for Marine projects from receipt of purchase order to site execution involving shipbuilding deadlines, installation priorities, production capacity mapping and planning, and ultimately successful project execution balancing with meeting business plans and targets.
• Working with department providing Turnkey Modular Accommodations for Marine applications.
• Coordination with Purchase to procure and assist in fulfilling import formalities
• Playing a Vital Role as a part of Supply Chain in Kitchen furniture. Job role involves collating order booked throughout branches, preparing plan for various components, communicating to suppliers and all in the supply chain, monitoring ageing and controlling ageing pattern.TOC Level monitoring and managing the inflow and outflow of material.
• Co-ordination with cross functional teams for on time project execution and project management.
• Planning of all product supply related activities, preparing Annual business plans, monitoring and tracking status of business & projects and maintaining data for MIS.
• Handsoff experience of working on ERP modules & MRP
• Attempted mastering the ability to manage deadlines and stressful situations independently
• Preparation of daily production plan and optimizing product mix
• Monitoring progress of scheduled production program and Projects Management.
• Controlling of finished goods inventory and raw material inventory
• Order execution (std) with in stipulated time frame
• Timely and correct dispatch of products as per schedule
