• Preparing and finalizing the payroll.
• Updating the AHRIS system routinely.
• Prepare Join Duty, Site Engagement, Change Slips, Leave & Final Settlement, Termination, Demobilization and Activity Sheet etc.
• Preparation of time sheets and time entry tabulation on weekly basis.
• Preparation of manpower forecast.
• Maintain business correspondence including e-mail, letters, faxes and filling of employee’s records.
• Updating &Maintain a database for the outgoing and incoming documents.
• Arranging flight reservation and hotel accommodation for VIP guests who come from abroad for visit.
• Assist staff in their queries
• Weekly supervision of Labour Camp
• Co-ordination with Accounting Dept.&cashier during the time of salary distribution.
• Collect the weekly Report of Camp/Canteen from Camp officer.
• Update the Daily Manpower Report.
• Emailing weekly Manpower Report to Planning Engineer & HSE Manger.
• Assisting to Administrator& Follow up the all Pending Works(Veh, Licenses etc).
• Coordinating various activities withP.R.O(Public Relation Officer).
• Handling the petty cash.
• Handling the flight reservation and ticket confirmation for the employees.
• Managing the transportation of the office and the site.
