Currently I am working for Kaymu.com, it's the biggest online market place in Africa. We provide a safe internet platform to connect buyers and sellers. What Kaymu does is that we help trusted sellers in Tanzania to sell their products to interested buyers online. I am responsible in managing the sellers and advising them on ways to increase their sells once they're on board. I also responsible in Managing other captains and key assistant in helping manage the project here in Tanzania.

Worked at SCICOM under the SingTel project as a customer service agent. My task was to assist customers with general enquiries, promote and sell products. I was responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and managing quality of product and service delivery.

Part of the job description was to promote and sale stationeries. This specific task required promoting and marketing the company to reach a larger mass.
