• Liaise with the HSSE Officers and Construction Superintendent and highlight all HSE related undertakings and issues.
• Involve in the preparation of job safety analysis, risk assessment and environmental impact assessment.
• Ensure that all potential hazards associated with the project have been identified, analized, assessed and controlled or mitigated to a tolerable level.
• Conduct weekly Level 2 Inspection and report to the HSSE Manager.
• Collating HSSE daily reports and other HSSE related information from Safety Officer and submit to HSSE Manager.
• Participate with the HSSE meetings and weekly tool box talks.
• Liaise with the Saudi Aramco Project Management Team Safety Representative.
• Prepares weekly and monthly HSSE report and submit to the HSSE Manager.
• Update HSSE Manager and Construction Manager of any HSSE site issues.
• Collating documents related to heavy equipment and get pre approval from SAPMT Safety Representative prior to final transmittal.
• Ensure that all activities were covered by valid work permits prior to start work.
• Participate on HSSE drills and ensure that all operatives are aware of the emergency response procedures.
• Conduct HSSE trainings with the project work forces and maintained record.
• Conduct HSE related trainings to Project Staff and workers.
• Do other HSSE related jobs as directed by HSSE Manager.
