• Conduct pre-qualifying phone screens on candidates and targeted calls to generate interest in Information Technology, Maintenance, Sales, Finance and Administrative opportunities
• Identify potential candidates through multiple sources including employee referrals, social networking sites (e.g. LinkedIn, Indeed), colleges, and agencies
• Manage applications in the recruitment system, the selection process, and provide weekly reports
• Pre-screen candidates and submit feedback for hiring manager’s evaluation
• Create and demonstrate recruiting strategies, providing relevant criteria and industry trends to develop effective solutions for hiring managers
• Collaborate with the hiring managers to identify interview sets, match competencies using both technical and behavioral interviewing models
• Conduct reference checks on selected candidates; extend a verbal offer, offer employment contract, and manage pre-hire on-boarding process in collaborating with the HR department
• Represent the company through establishing connections with professional groups, universities, and other networks
• Proficient in using the Application Tracking System (ATS) and Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
• Perform different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc.)
• Ability to organize skills assessment centers (in tray activities, work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ tests, etc.)
• Develop, maintain and update HR policies and ensure adherence to updated Employment Law
• Coached, lead and trained 3 junior recruiters
• Worked with international clients across various sectors in EMEA and GCC, to determine their staffing needs and support them to find the right candidate in a fast manner
• Conducted interviews using various recruiting and selection tools/methods/strategies to filter candidates
• Posted job roles on professional platforms and websites to attract top talents
• Built, updated, and maintained a talent pool using a tailor-made recruitment database
• Perform background checks of candidates
• Developed agency's contracts for business development and attracting new clients
• General understanding of labor and privacy regulations
