• Conduct pre-qualifying phone screens on candidates and targeted calls to generate interest in Information Technology, Maintenance, Sales, Finance and Administrative opportunities
• Identify potential candidates through multiple sources including employee referrals, social networking sites (e.g. LinkedIn, Indeed), colleges, and agencies

• Perform different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc.)
• Ability to organize skills assessment centers (in tray activities, work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ tests, etc.)
• Develop, maintain and update HR policies and ensure adherence to updated Employment Law
