1. Working as a project manager in order to understand the specification and design of the project at hand.
2. Prepare the cost breakdown and analysis according to the surveyor analysis, engineer’s feedback, suppliers pricing of material.
3. Prepare, control and manage the project budget and financials for review and approval of management.
4. Present the Bill of Quantities and Scope of Work to the client and obtain necessary approvals to initiate the project.
5. Review, negotiate and approve contracts with the clients according to agreed pricing and budgets.
6. Prepare reviews of financials, and project milestones to management and execute all action plans accordingly.
7. Reviews the schedule status of the project each week; analyze pending issues, provide information promptly and implement action plans for meeting or exceeding the project profitability anticipated in the original bid.
8. Liaise with the project consultant to ensure that all projects specs are being delivered within agreed time frame.
9. Daily follow up on all field operations to ensure proper quality is being provided and all machinery and material are being provided on time.
10. Ensure target dates of delivery are being met and if not take action accordingly.
11. Ensure that all Industry safety procedures and policies are met on the field.
12. Monitor financials, budgets and all costs on daily and weekly basis and ensure proper actions are taken to minimize cost and stay within budget.
13. Create and monitor physical reports to follow up on operations.
14. Liaise with lawyers and governmental agencies on all legal permits and registrations.
15. Prepare permits, passes, contracts and payrolls for employees.
16. Liaise with local and abroad suppliers to provide the necessary material and spare parts in proper time frame and manage payments.
17. Managing account receivables and payables.
18. Proper preparation and payments for all government taxes.
Collect and analyze data and information for our clients whether organizations or businesses, and provide them with valued information so they are able to make an informed Social, economic and business decision. The project I worked on was for detergents in several countries in order to create a clear vision of the designated country for the investors to enable them to prepare a feasibility study.
1. Collect and analyze data related to the availability of product, market size, market demand, imported quantities, local production, leading competitors, leading products, prices, quality, social standards, taxes, duties, wages, government facilities and benefits, political condition, rents and energy.
2. Prepare and send daily reports and analysis of the data gathered.
3. Conduct interviews with sellers, buyers, competitors and governmental officials.
4. Prepare and raise own report of the designated country at hand to management.
5. Liaise with the business to ensure data provided is relevant and useful, and address any new factors that might need to, depending on the data and project at hand.
