Nature of Duties

Carry out Corrective, Preventive and Breakdown maintenance, trouble shooting, fault finding, testing solve & repairs associated with:
Rotary Equipment:
* Pumps and compressors:
Working on several types of pumps such as centrifugal pumps (multistage and single stage) and positive displacement pumps.
Working on several types of compressor (Reciprocating and centrifugal), Turbo blower and turbo compressors.
Controlling maintenance overhaul for several types of pumps, compressors and steam turbines.
Very good knowledge to use measuring tools such as calibre, micrometre (External and internal), filler gauge and dial indicator.
Very good knowledge for reading P&ID, Catalogue and drawing.
Stationary Equipment:
Working on several types of stationary equipment such as:
(Heat exchanger, piping system, fitting, flanges, valves, reactors, vessels, columns, steam boiler and heaters).
Providing feedback on the 1 maintenance plan to the planning department.
