• Directed project controls for SAR 3.7B portfolio, improving cost
visibility and executive decision-making.
• Implemented Power BI dashboards, reducing reporting time by 30%
and enabling real-time executive insights.
• Reduced cost deviations by 10% through proactive forecasting and
variance analysis.
• Led claims strategy resulting in successful recovery of ~SAR 200M,

Green Riyadh - GR Landscape & Infrastructure (Cost: SAR. 400 Million =
USD $ 106 Million) Client : Royal Commission for Riyadh City-RCRC

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop WBS, CBS and RBS and encode in planning software (Primavera P6
and/or MS. Project).
• Prepare Project Execution Plan.
• Develop and maintain project schedules L4 with resources (Man-hours,
Equipment, & Quantities) and cost loading by using CPM / PDM (AON).
• Prepare manpower and equipment histogram and highlight resource constraints
that affect project progress.
• Prepare and develop weekly, monthly and yearly reports (including S-curves, SPI,
CPI, KPI’s, progress summary, commodities with curves, billing curves and
productivity utilizing dashboard techniques).
• Carryout progress update and productivity compared to the baseline and man-hour
budgets.
• Responsible for preparation and updating the commodity release plan / curve.
• Follow up the budgeted quantity and cash flow plan versus actual.
• Assist the PM during the variation order and claims process, providing time and
cost impact analysis.
• Find justification to get EOT and claims with reflected in schedule.
• Update the schedule and issue reports and analysis of such items as critical path,
project performance and PERT.
• Check and verify timekeeper output and daily report.
• Prepare and develop earn value report.
• Prepare revenue (closing) report and certify the payment for subcontractors.
