• Establish and settle the bases of a newly opened company dealing with the ministry of Electricity in Kurdistan, Iraq by rehabilitating already existing power plants, producing energy and sell it back to the Ministry.

• Manage the technical requests of the subcontractors rehabilitating and doing the maintenance of the power plants by chasing all the equipment and personnel they need.

• Issue invoices for the Ministry and follow up on money collection each month.

• Seek every Business development opportunity in the country to get a new deal from the Ministry of Electricity or any other Ministry in compliance with the scope of work of the Group after discussing it with the CEO.
