Responsible for heading the branch and ensuring smooth day to day operations.
Working closely with the Insurance companies and brokers for business development and client servicing. Regular interactions and maintaining good rapport with Insurance Companies, Insurance Brokers and
Medical & healthcare service providers (UAE & Oman). Empanelment and prepare Agreements/ MOUs with the medical providers. Responsible for Interacting with Physicians and other providers. Explaining the Administrative Software Program in regard to Healthcare and Claims Management procedures and training the concerned staff to use the Software program effectively. Price Negotiations with the providers and Network Classification. Analyze and monitor the providers performance by regular visits and providers dashboards to take the
necessary actions when needed. Coordinating with the providers and the claims department for smooth operations with regards to
claims submissions, resubmissions and reconciliations. Coordinating with production team for policy administration and activation.
Ensure that appropriate action is taken in response to inquiries by clients regarding any aspect of service. Developing and executing yearly marketing plan. Build and maintain all supplier relationships, including but not limited to agencies and printers.

Responsible for generating regular business by targeting potential clients, client research and servicing on ATL/BTL activities and maintaining relationships with existing clients, managing all aspects of sales cycle from identifying prospects, converting latent into active client, preparing proposals, coordinating with the production department, proper client servicing and providing media related solutions, regular updates to client on industry trends.
