* Analyze the trends of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), especially relating to financial metrics such as sales, expenditures, and profit margin.
Monitor KPIs and identify the cause of any unexpected variances
* Develop and continually improve budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecast
* Ad-hoc business performance reporting
* Present the monthly and quarterly financial reports of various units and departments
* Implement a business intelligence tool and dashboard reports
* Develop financial models and analyze them to support strategic initiatives
* Support management team and the Heads of Department with data-driven analysis
Approve collection, management, and resolution of outstanding invoices from past-due accounts
Manage an Accounts Receivable (AR) portfolio by analyzing and resolving issues driving delinquency Interfaces with sales support, accounts receivable, and directly with customers to determine the ability to pay, communicate contractual specifications, and enforce remedies in reconciling accounts
Provide correspondence and supporting documentation to customers and sales in a fast-paced, goal-oriented credit department in a timely manner
Efficiently utilize resources to research, resolve, and respond to complex customer issues
Assist in annual budget preparation and financial closing
Maintain an assumptions tracker that would be used to evaluate the performance of the activity and challenge volumes going forward.
Send finance a constrained plan basis the demand and supply reconciliation output.
Prepare the forecast in any of the Sales and operations planning meetings (monthly cycle) and in the weekly operational meetings.
Build the activities (that are over and above the baselines) provided by the Sales & Marketing teams.
Analyze forecast accuracy and bias to identify and implement process enhancements to improve these KPIs
Monitor inventory control and approve manpower & equipment's timesheets
Major accounting & auditing Aging scheduling, AR management
