• Support the university's transformational program and promote its relationship with other UK Higher Educational institutions and accreditation authorities.
• Provide institutional support to staff and students on regulatory and procedural matters.
• Explore opportunities for possible institutional international accreditation.

• Strengthing the relationship between the University and the UK validating universities
• Oversee the implementation of the University policies across all faculties.
• Act as the main contact point with UK Partners over quality and validation arrangements and reporting on institutional activity
• Develop and ensure the implementation of standard operating procedures to support quality assurance activity across the institution.
• Provide leadership, advice and expertise on quality assurance and enhancement policies and procedures.
• lead the quality assurance department team to ensure a proactive, response high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor the Student Records Systems; liaise with IT Development team identifying and resolving issues and agreeing on the prioritization of enhancements.
• Analyse institutional trends, review students' feedback and progression and monitor developmental action plans.
• Manage students’ appeals, complaints, attendance and Extenuating Circumstances processes.
• Create academic calendar, quality cycle, student handbook and exam boards documentation.
• Support and guidance on best practice during examination boards and appeals panels.
• Deliver sessions to academic and administrative staff as part of the institutional staff development plan.
Assure institutional adherence to both UK and Egyptian quality standards.

• Standing member of University’s Teaching and Learning Committee, Preparatory Year Committee, Quality and Standards Committee, Students' Experience Committee and Academic Portfolio Review Committee.
• Provided advice and expertise on BUE’s quality assurance related matters and enforce policies and procedures.
• Lead the Quality and Validation team and ensure a responsive and high quality service to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Managed and developed the processes related to BUE’s validating partners.
• Administrated the annual collation of information on academic programmes, and its entry onto the corporate student records database.
• Prepared and distribute papers and provide servicing for University Committees, Examination Boards and Programme Review panels.
• Advised students and staff on regulatory matters and procedures related to assessment and academic quality.
