-Daily practice and preparations of invoices, receipts, delivery, Supply receipt
and inventory documentation and all related to the management of supply, inventory and procurement through the Oracle program.
-Ensuring timely reporting and participation in investigation of any accidents, incidents, or near-misses, and corrective actions implementation, prepare/submit lessons learned to the management.
-Participating in official meetings and closely cooperating with the customer.

-Ensuring implementation of Incident/Accident Management System (reporting, analysis, recommendations, and lessons learnt).
-Organization of work program modules and coordination of sales data.
-Daily Accounting operations and financial audits to improve company performance.
- Managing supplier relationships through the preparing of invoices and receipts of payment and delivery.
-Managing customer relationships through the last kilometers strategy.
