• Handling overall company accounts and supervising accounting department.
• Maintaining company accounts using Sage-50 Accounts (Peachtree) with VAT.
• Preparing Management Reports with finalization of company accounts on monthly and yearly basis.
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports, mainly P&L Balance Sheet and Cash flow for the management.
• Yearly Budgeting and performance analysis with ratio analysis reports.

• Responsible for cash and credit sale, purchase of raw materials. Dealing with banks and handling bank accounts. Maintaining PDC’s record. Book Keeping and data entry in Tally on daily basis. Responsible for handling petty cash expenses and & Interacting with debtors and creditors.
• Handling staff visas and work permits from different Govt. departments.
