• Centralized position with key responsibility to manage business of about $1 0million, from merchandising, material flow, aligns with production plan till Ex-factory
• Spearheaded co-ordination between differentleadership team and other functionsfrom supply chain, production & logistics team.
• Preparing internal order sheets based on customer buy's chart & block production capacity, locking cost sheets for bulk productionwith margin maintained.
• Regular follow-up for buyer PO's with final shipmentmode.
• W orking on CAD markers& seal consumption for bulk, to release the fabric &trims BOM .
• Conducted weekly PPM with production & quality team, track production schedulesand compliance.
• M aintain TNA plan and updating W IP report on V M S portal & upload FPT, GPT reportsat Airtable for shipment approvalon regular basis to customer.
• Torelease vessel booking plan as per ACD, Follow-up FI clearance &update the shippingSchedule to warehouse.
• Closing OCR after order completion with Zero stock.
