Execution of HVAC works as per client requirement.
Ensure work permit from client for carrying out daily
activities.
Ensure correct work procedure and quality standards.
Ensure correct drawing and arranging materials as per
industry standards.
Fabrication and installation of HVAC Ducts and
Equipments.
Leak Testing of HVAC Ducts.
Site monitoring to enforce safe working conditions.
Coordinate with other teams to increase productivity.

Duties & Responsibilities
Design of Low side HVAC systems for Pharmaceuticals project and Industrial projects.
Check and analyze the drawings of HVAC systems.
Estimation of the materials required as per requirement
Procurement and billing of materials
Site inspection.
Keeping managers informed of progress of work at site.
Validation and commissioning of systems.
Preparing Validation documents.
Duties & Responsibilities
Carrying out routine scheduled maintenance works and respond to equipment faults.
Diagnosing breakdown problems.
Preparing daily reports.
Monitoring and controlling maintenance cost.
Maintaining Quality control documents.
Dealing with emergencies and unplanned problems and repairs.
Improving health and safety policies and procedures
Organize the work and coordinate with site supervisor.
