• Study and review drawings; calculate and prepare take of
quantity for civil; Structural, Architectural and finishing and
Structural works for Buildings based on approved drawings
and specifications.
• Track changes to the design / construction work and adjust
the budget projections accordingly.
• Valuation of detailed reports to Cost Engineers for budget
preparation.
• Monthly submission of invoice to Client.
• Track the input and output of materials used in construction
site.
• Review site instruction accordingly for claiming extra work.
• Preparing change order notice for any variations & Claims and
maintain the log for the same.
• Prepare and maintain cash flow forecasts for subcontract
works and update cash flow.
• Maintain Technical Query (TQ) log - For Additional claims.
• Prepare and maintain all records to all subcontractors
agreements and payments.
• Preparation of quantity variations with revised drawings.

• Prepare quantity take offs from drawings and compare with
site measurements.
• Providing advice on contractual claims.
• Collecting 3rd party quote for construction jobs.
• Allocation of work to sub-contractors.
• Valuing completed work and arranging payments for
subcontractor.
• Keeping database of all estimated jobs and its corresponding
Purchase Orders and values.
• Keeping track of works being executed on unit rate basis and
day work basis.
• Co-ordinate with all company departments as required for the
execution of the Project.
• Keeping record of all transmittals related to estimate and
billing for audit purpose.
• Preparation of change order estimates.
