•Handles Planning / Monitoring / Claims / Risks and Contracts function as a Client Representative.
•Responsible for identifying and monitoring the planning of all interfaces, dependencies and constraints for Consultant and Contractors.
•Interface with project teams to formulate and develop schedules that fully integrate all phases, functions, and activities.
•Monitors procurement schedule and advise Project Manager on the critical and long lead item procurement issues.
•Determine the resources to be monitored and advise the contractors to prepare manpower histogram. Review and approve the same.
•Establishment and maintenance of Project Controls systems, procedures and resources.
•Prepares Dashboards, Executive Report and Steering Committee Reports for the Client.
• Involved in planning, scheduling, monitoring, controlling and tracking the assigned projects.
• Offers experience in Project management, Planning, Projects control, Contracts claims preparation and defense.
• Responsible for the Forensic review of claims for extension of time, acceleration, and disruption cost claims.
• Prepare and maintain project plans and schedules, coordinates project procedures, including change order/variation order registers, and methods and norms for planning and scheduling.
• Development of Project Organizations and allocation of appropriate Resources.
• Development and reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Analyze critical paths and restraints to determine effect of changes on the schedule and recommends workarounds to mitigate impacts.
• Highlighting critical items; variance analysis, identification of schedule and cost trends.
• Develop Action and Recovery plans to support project delivery on time.
• Develop plans and recommendations for mitigation of impacts of schedule problems.
• Integrate project budget and schedule to support EVM analysis and reporting.
• Prepare schedule performance measurements reports, forecasts and studies.
• Preparation of schedule look-ahead for progress monitoring.
• Extension of Time Applications.
• Planning, scheduling, monitoring, controlling and tracking the assigned projects.
• Creating procurement and construction schedules for the projects.
• Development and reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

• Prepare and submit updated work program and cash flow curve showing actual progress and identify areas of weakness and establish means of recovery.
• Report to Planning Manager about the current work progress and make comparison between plan and actual progress and study impact of alternate approaches to work.
• Capabilities in managing materials & manpower resources to register maximum productive output and establish and set up technical assistance on functional sites.
• Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field.
• Monitor day to day work progress and prepare the weekly and monthly program/report.
• Maintain and record update of site progress obtained from Project Manager.
• Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
• Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards.
• Participate in project meetings and discussions with client as required.
• Prepare Project baseline schedule and detailed plan in Primavera.
• Prepare and update project schedule based on the contract.
