business for the assigned products and other Laboratory Products for Qatar Market of
NAIZAK Global Engineering, reporting directly to the Regional Manager and Divisional
Manager.
Direct the account management activities for the territory to drive account expansion and
penetration; develop long-term relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate and current records of proposals, opportunities, accounts, contacts,
leads and actions .
Interface directly with end user to lead in the research projects.
Plan, organize and accurately forecast sales budgetary for the year and work accordingly to
achieve the target

Attend progress meeting and provide updates to Client related to Valuations,
Cost Projections and Claims.
Carry out physical inspection of site to verify monthly valuation, statement of claims
and anticipated claims from contractor.
Perform cost analysis, claim analysis, work assessment to derive expected project final
cost, and handle contractual correspondence.
Responsible for all employee engagement
Developing/ implementing new recruitment/selection and on-boarding strategies as
per staffing projections, ensuring cost saves & just in time hiring within the specified
timelines Maintaining recruitment related reports like Daily, Weekly & Monthly reports.
Maintaining good rapport with the existing clients and generating new clients
Documentation Controller (contract position) with extensive exposure to automate
project schedules and allocation of resources which involved monitoring the tasks
within the site, material management and documentation of site data along with
monitoring of systems.
Managing the Production Support team.
Monitoring the Production Floor & the HMI.
Predictive, preventive & reactive maintenance monitoring and reviewing the Maintenance activities, using the Telemetry from the Plant and Logging Data using Remote Access, so as to reduce the downtime and thus increase production.
Preparing & submitting daily & weekly reports, checklists, shutdown routines to General Manager & Plant Leads of Millennium Mats Co & the other clients.
Planning & Scheduling the daily work as per the customer requirement.
Scheduling the PM work for the Maintenance department.
Extracted and loaded data’s from various SCADA applications like InduSoft to SQL.
Assisting the Quality Manager in implementing 5S methodology.
Arranging safety awareness programs
Coordinate work flow of South India operations of Cimcon Automations, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
Supporting the sales team in attaining sales targets,
Preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations if necessary handling and resolving customer complaints, or special orders.
Coordinating customer's service requirements with other appropriate departments.
