Passenger lounges, meet and assist, in-flight catering, weather briefing and flight planning, hangarage and line maintenance is offered in a unique tradition, by using an array of tools, including data and document control, customer feedback, regular internal quality audits and management reviews.
I was responsable for all groups ( French, German, English ) in thier trip in Jordan, & I was reconfirm all reservation ( Hotels, Cars, Buss, Guide, ect), and in every night i visite our clients in Amman, Petra, Dead Sea..ect.
I was responsable for all formalities of patients.
I have worked with French Groups in all Jordanain places as a Tourist Guide
