Managing 50+ Million$ large complex projects in MEA region.
Leading the project team and supporting them to have assigned projects delivered professionally.
Manage all delivery aspects from business development to pre-sales to delivery and closing, including Vendors and Stockholders.

Lead third party partner management and technical/business relationship governance
Technical lead for physucal inftastructure, passive design and datacenter facilty projects in UAE, KSa and Turkey.
Forecasting, defining objectives, structuring, team formation, defining job descriptions, functions / responsibilities, hiring and
evaluations.
Working in a fast-paced team oriented and entrepreneurial environment. Managing a client portfolio and having revenue and account
management responsibility for key accounts.
Identifying new opportiunities and translate them into successfull projects.
Strategic account investment planning.
• Managing a 25+ team of Design, procure, deliver and implement FTTx Triple-Play Fiber Network to Home at du locations within UAE and GCC including Civil infrastructure, Fiber and cupper Backbone, network equipment implementation and voice service delivery platform through GOPN fiber to home.
• Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Responsible for the project delivery schedule, cost and quality and achievement of the finance target (Revenue, Profit, Cash Flow.etc)
• Estimate the resources and man-power needed to achieve project goals
• Plan and schedule project timelines and track project milestones using appropriate tools.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises and devise contingency plans
• Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members; influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
• Determines KPIs for such areas, monitors the KPI’s within the agreed thresholds reporting any deviation, and conducts analysis to identify weaknesses/improvement areas.
• Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.
• Creating Customer\Vendors Work Orders and POs.
• Develops and establishes technical and operating standards, installation standards, corrective and preventative maintenance standards, civil infrastructure, Fiber and equipment site inspection standards and overall system performance standards.
• Negotiation of supply agreements, bilateral arrangements and/or alliances with key partners
• Manage budgets and spending of the project in tolls and resources and evaluated reports.
• Managing vendors, resellers and third party consultants.
• Ensures development of and adherence to Ericsson standards in all areas of network and telecommunication services.
• Part of Sourcing and Vendor certification team to hires, trains, and supervises the Network and Telecommunication Services staff; ensures that the staff is empowered to exercise initiative and work creatively.
• 5 IPMs (yearly Individual performance management) with a result of 4 excellent and one Outstanding.
• Produce, monitor and apply appropriate QA procedures to ensure delivery in line with requirements.
• Understand and ensure adherence to safety rules and use of PPE / Safety Equipment and Safe Working Practices, of personnel engaged on site activities
DIFC / Dubai International Financial Centre is one of Dubai's Government projects which consists of more than 50 units of towers and buildings. This job involved a lot of project managements, fiber route rings, and full redundancy network structure system.
