Cooperate with different institutions inside and outside Kuwait to reinforce attention to engineers in mainly mechanical and automotive engineering disciplines and provide adequate service in respective completion of assigned projects. The different assignments involve brief programming in MATLAB and C++, development of CAD models and their analysis, technical report writing, relevant proof-reading, FE analysis and general engineering problem solving.

PROJECT: Phytorid based sewage treatment system, a technology for urban waste water management; performed case studies and promotion of the same as part of the business development activities, as per company requirements.
PROJECTS: Worked with Atomic Energy Regulatory Board (AERB); developed a 1-D Thermal Hydraulic Code for Computation of Unsteady Steam-Water Flow and Supercritical Water flow in Horizontal and Vertical Channel Type Reactors; received very positive feedback from supervisors. Tools used: RELAP5, C++.
MANAGEMENT: Procured project equipments through dedicated market research, sending out RFQs and negotiating with vendors. Interacted with members of AERB on a regular basis to share relevant information and ensure proper progress of work. Played an active role in scrutinizing work for new staff appointment and other administrative/academic work.
ADDITIONAL: Co-organized NPE (Nuclear Power Energy) - 2011, a high-profile mini-symposium event; responsible for the publicity, arranging sponsorship and designing the website for the event.
PROJECTS: Designed a new basic trainer aircraft - Hindustan Turbo Trainer (HTT 40). Used a number of CAD packages like AutoCAD, UniGraphics and CATIA for the modelling and drafting work. Also carried out analytical work for aerodynamic problems using ABAQUS. Performed under the Armament & Escape Systems group which is responsible for weapons and aircraft seat integration in aircrafts, with favourable feedback.
TRAINING: The 12 month program was divided into Management, Technical and OJT (On Job Training) modules. This included a one month induction with the Air Force Technical Institute and workshop projects. A brief training with UniGraphics (CAD) was also incorporated into the overall experience in a manufacturing industry.

The work was also published at the Modern Practice in Stress and Vibration Analysis 2012 conference, August 29-31, 2012, University of Glasgow, UK. Tools used: ABAQUS, MATLAB - Designed a planetary gearbox for a proposed Power Split Device in a Hybrid Vehicle concept demonstration; with Freescale Semiconductor UK Ltd. Tools used: CAD (SolidWorks), Market research, QCE - Proposed a new design concept for a car wheel. Tools used: QFD, TRIZ, QCE, CAD (SolidWorks, ProE)
