❖ Provide an inside of the financial health of the company to the company owners.
❖ Discuss with owners and advise on potential investment opportunities.
❖ Researching and Reporting on factors influencing the business performance.
❖ Produce accurate financial reports to specific deadlines.

❖ Conducting Review and Evaluation of Cost reduction opportunities within the business.
❖ Liaising with the auditors to ensure that annual audit is carried out efficiently.

❖ Review of Suppliers Invoices to ensure it matches with other relevant documents such as the PO, DN before processing of supplier payment.
❖ Record of purchase of all type of supplies and follow up for payment on due date.
❖ Record Revenue in accordance to the term of contract / IFRS and ensure that payment is collected as per specified terms of payment.
❖ Prepare bank reconciliation on weekly and monthly basis.
❖ Complete the timely checking, verification and authorization of supplier invoice including data preparation and collation of support documentation to enable to recharge of cost to service area.
❖ Assisting in and supervising the procurement of goods and services and other procurement activities as directed by the procurement manager.
❖ Maintain the General Ledgers of various accounts.
❖ Maintain, Reconcile and update Supplier and Customer Ledgers.
❖ Maintain, Update and Reconcile the Fixed Asset Register in accordance with IAS.
❖ Assisting in the development of internal procedures and documentations.
❖ Supervisor and coach junior and staff auditors.
❖ Perform efficient risk and control assessment.
❖ Present audit findings to the audit manager and find ways to improve on compliances and efficiency.
❖ Plan and overseas the auditing process.
❖ Allocate responsibilities to junior and staff auditors.
❖ Complete audit on time and submit the audit report to audit manager.
Bachelor Degree in Applied Accounting
Completed the following courses: BA: Business Accounting MA: Management Accounting FA Financial Accounting CBL: Corporate and Business Law PM: Performance Management TX: Taxation FR: Financial Reporting AA: Audit and Assurance FM: Financial Management SBL: Strategic Business Reporting SBL: Strategic Business Leadership.
