Requires active participation in customer delivery projects of ISNZ by performing a variety of tasks including but not limited to design, implementation, test, installation, upgrades, changes and fixes to the organisations diverse range of customer solutions. Need to work very closely with customers and together with ISNZ Project and Service Managers to successfully implement and deploy solutions.
Responsibilities:-
• Provide technical consultancy relating to IS/IT systems
• Analyze, clarify and document customers’ requirements
• Implement eWARE modules and components from specifications
• Integrate eWARE components
• Customize products workflow
• Document project implementations or fixes
• Package web applications delivery
• Prepare acceptance test plans and carry out acceptance tests at customer environment
• Install and configure software systems
• Troubleshoot and fix problems/defects relating to e-solutions implementations
As an Information Technology Manager at an enterprise with more than 500 employees and 4 station, the following are the major activities that had to be carried out in a day to day basis:
• Manage information technology and computer systems.
• Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations.
• Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures.
• Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems.
• Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy
• Manage staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance.
• Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.
• Audit systems and assess their outcomes.
• Preserve assets, information security and control structures.
• Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness.
