• Process Improvement: Identify and report Quality Assurance concerns (trends) to management. Make specific recommendations to management on how to improve processes, based on observations. Participate in the implementation of these recommendations.

• Worked as an SME for Internal Redirect tags/VAST Tags for automation of quality analysis, bug fixing, certification check, SSL compliance, and unsecured calls check process in order to reduce TRT and Improve Quality score.


• Coordinated with respective Development teams and shared necessary feedback for upgrading tools required for Quality analysis for Internal Redirect tags.

• Coordinated with Team leads in enforcing use of client-specific knowledge with regards to third party applications and procedures to ensure processes on service delivery comply with client needs.

• Develop training materials for all supported applications and hardware troubleshooting trees of assigned clients. This includes, but is not limited to, training manuals, handouts, and visual aids to support classroom instruction. Updates course curriculum as needed. Schedule training classes in coordination with staffing schedules and with minimal impact on Routine work of the Associates.
