Overseeing all HSE activity within the O&M contract and significantly improving the safety culture;

Conduct and participating in all HSE audits, both internal and external.
Preparing monthly HSE reports for the management teams including progress on established HSE
metrics, investigations, initiatives and compliance.
Prepare timely, accurate and complete technical reports and all other HSE deliverables to the client
as per contract or as per internal reporting requirement.
Developed project HSE trainings in parallel to HSE management system, including task specific
training related to Health Safety and Environment.
Conducted HSE training needs analysis for employees and contractors of Al furjaan Project by
keeping into consideration to HSE policy and procedures.
Developed mandatory HSE training matrix for all employees and contractors. By ensuring accurate
database of HSE training is maintained.
Worked proactively with managers and other key staff to establish and maintain a program of
continuous improvement in the management of Health and Safety within their area of
responsibility, which includes conducting regular audits.
