Job Responsibilities:
• Study Auto-Cad Drawing/s and preparing the B.O.Q’s of required Material for project execution.
• Raising purchase requisitions using SAP (Net Weaver) and forwarding it to procurement team.
• Follow-up with suppliers and internal stock in-charge personnel for procuring and checking project materials availability within the timeframe for smooth project execution.
• Arranging design, quality control documents and materials required as per approved project drawings.
• Preparing project status reports (daily/monthly) by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
• Monitoring project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule change.
• Steering up efforts to plan, exceed client expectation and achieve targets set by management and evidently meets the KPI’s by putting continuous efforts to improve performance and efficiency.
• Coordinating and visiting clients, project sites and monitoring production team and overseeing project execution by adhering to QHSE policy and procedures as per UAE and company regulations.
• Finalizing reports and making comparison with project plan phase with project completion phase (by using project management tools): man-hours estimated/used, budget (assigned and utilized), estimated time for project completion/actual time taken to complete project.
