My responsibility is to supervise Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance in my shift to provide smooth production with minimum production gap.

Supervise all electrical and mechanical maintenance activities in the shift.
Preventive maintenance of allocated area with condition monitoring instruments and prepare preventive maintenance checklists.
Lubrication of equipment according to periodic maintenance plan.
Cleaning of equipment and electrical panels of allocated area.

Master Tiles & Ceramics industry installed its 3rd Tile production unit with a capacity of 30, 000m^2. I was transferred from unit 1 to Unit 3. Where my duties were to assist the plant commissioning team from ICF WELKO, Italy.
I worked with Italians for commissioning of the following:
Raw material batching system.
Continuous ball mills for wet grinding.
Slip storage & service tanks.
Spray driers (Atomizers).
Silos & silos discharge auto scales.
Material transportation conveyors.
SAP Power User (Siemens SAP HANA 3) Jun 2018 - Sept 2018
Collected data of all machines and put them in SAP templates.
Make functional locations of all machines and departments.
Prepare object catalogue & BOM for all production lines in Master Tiles Unit-1.
Got training of SAP operation, generating notifications, making maintenance schedules, generating maintenance reports, making purchase requisition, material issuance requisition and quality control reports.
Trained my associates with basic operations of SAP.

Designing of LT & Control Panels on AutoCAD and Practically. I worked with Design and Costing Manager, my duties were to design Panels on AutoCAD and evaluate its cost according to BOQ.

- Prepared a detailed report on “Why more voltages are dropped in village as compared to city and well developed housing societies”.
