i supervise the activity of 5 direct reports and more than 250 operators in 4 shopfloors and in the maintenance team,
i have built an autonomous team that perform at high quality and productivity levels.
As the production manager of multinational automotive industry, i used to apply my lean manufacturing skills to help my supervisors reach the kpi's objectives as productivity, scrap and quality level in ppm.
