-To provide on the ground support to the customer care function in handling and resolving customer queries under the supervision of a Team leader also regarding sales & handling branches targets.
-Attend to customer queries and ensure achievement of customer service targets in terms of response time and query resolution.
Provide rapid response to queries from affiliates and customers.
Ensure that all customer transactions are completed to the satisfaction of the customers in accordance with service level agreements and ensuring that the customers are informed on resolution.
Ensure the required numbers of people are present at all times to receive and answer customer calls, queries and complaints.
Maintain the required knowledge level of the company’s products, services, & solutions to ensure assisting the customers effectively whenever required as to guarantee achieving the required results.
Follow and monitor the agreed on guidelines, policies, processes, & procedures to ensure staff maintains the customers’ data confidentiality and protection at all times.

Call Center-
•Receives Calls from customers to make their orders, answer their queries, solve their problems and provide solutions.
•Document cases that need follow up and transfer them to responsible personnel.
•Ensure up-to-date knowledge of latest products and developments in the company and the food stuff industry.
•Contact Customers and providing ways to telemarketing.
•Maintain individual and team based daily and monthly targets of key performance indicators (KPI)
•Answer subscribers inquiries and communicate to update them with accurate information on new promotions and education them about existing services and products.
•Suggest procedures and programs that improve performance and expedite processes.
•Daily tasks and telemarketing to customers and determine the category of those who need to discount so that we can attract customers missing since a long time.
•Prepare a daily report on total sales.
