My work as coordinator is divided into 3 parts, Audika's concept, Internal & External Service & Administration.
1. Audica's concept:
My job is to be the manager's extended arm and work organized, structured and purposeful. Ensure that the manager's directive is communicated and fulfilled in the clinic.
Ensure that the clinic works after ATRT (All The Right Things).
Gather and record meetings at the workplace. Morning huddles and APT / weekly meetings.
2. Internal and External Service:
Sale, demonstration and recommendation of Audika's aids.
Give service to hearing aids and assistive devices in the form of Quick Fix, otherwise send these for repair.
Introduction and training of staff.
3. Administration:
Inventories (monthly and quarterly).
Writing journal note.
Mail and Package Management.
Responsible for cash, purchases & returns, reconciliation, sales, invoices and requisitions.
After two months i've become SuperUser for Atlas on Demant (www.demant.com) Working with DM (diary management) and POS (Point of sale) system.

Business development, budget accountability, personnel management, competence development and continuation of results has been part of my job as a Bank Manager at Forex Bank. I was responsible for thirty empoloyees and three deputy branch managers who reported directly to me. The position included three different offices financial outcome. The work also included ensuring that the stores worked according to the Accounting Act and the Financial Supervisory Authority’s guidelines. I have always delivered the highest ratings at internal controls and audits in the store.
Every year, business managers are measured at the NMI (Nöjd Medarbetar Index), in English Satisfied Employee Index, where my employees gave me 94% on a hundredprocented scale.
The duties as Deputy Business Manager focuses primarily on cost development (monitoring) and work that promotes more efficient processes and more satisfied customer experience.. After three months as deputy business manager I was honered to be promoted to Bank Manager.
During this time I also assisted during the development of Forex Bank mobile application in the role as controller.
Responsibilities included the sale of banking products, customer requirments and Western Union- transactions. I actively worked with Anti Money Laundering and Know Your Customer Bank Regulations. In addition to my obligations, I operated as a supervisor and trained new employees. I performed the duties of Manager in the Manager´s absence.
In September 2013, I got the commission of trust to work as a labour union- representative as well as a safety officer with main responsibilities for the environment in the Forex Bank offices and rights of the employees.
My main duties were to develop a customer base för frequent customer in connection with currency sales and international money transfer. During my first year I opened 1800 membership cards for our customers, which was 150 procent above the sales target. Throughout my time at X-Change, I was lent to different stores in Stockholm and Uppsala region, with the purpose to develop workroutines in other stores.
