1. Supervising and inspecting Slickline Services on Customer oil/gas wells. Helping Customer to develop Functional program to carry out safe, successful and timely jobs to save cost of production.
2. Preparing and mobilizing for jobs, discussing with personnel to ensure that all understand the Customer expectation.
3. To ensure that equipment to be used are tested and up to date and ready for the type of job on hand.
4. To facilitate the record keeping and record updates in case of hand over from one crew to another.
5. To recommend personnel for training updates in line with Company and customer requirements.
6. To always be in constant touch with personnel in the field to ensure that issues are discussed and solved if any arises.
making sure that job reports are timely, discussion are carried out after every job to ascertain if there should be improvement on ways to do it better and reduce Non-productive time.
7. making sure that tools and equipment used for the job are secured, clean and ready for the next job when called.
