As SG of Telecommunications and Posts, I have the responsibility to implement the strategy for the Digital Transformation 2020- 2025 of the Greek Government by designing and implementing major projects that will enhance current Telecommunication capabilities of the country. Furthermore, I am responsible for the implementation of the National Cyber Security Strategy 2020-2025.
As Advisor to the Minister of Digital Governance - Hellenic Republic my task is to implement the strategy of the Hellenic Administration towards Digital Governance.
MAJOR PROJECTS:
• Co-Design of the structure of National Cyber Security Authority under the Secretary General of Telecommunications and Posts
• Implement Open Data strategy of the Hellenic Administration.
• Enhance public sector’s procedures and prepare it for the 4th Industrial revolution.
PROJECTS:
• Completed GR-ALERT system with the introduction of CBS messaging system. Handle negotiations between General Secretariat of Civil Protection and Mobile Manufacturers to update all mobile devices sold in Greece. This resulted in the increase of CBS acceptance from 30 % in August 2019 to 80 % in December 2019.
• Procurement process for the procurement process for Microsoft Enterprise Agreement for the Hellenic public sector. Total Budget 40 MiO Euro
• Assisted, GS of Civil Protection to design and implement Covid19 monitoring and registry platforms.
• Co-operate with HDIKA CEO, with aim to enhance services offered to citizens (ea. e-prescription, e-allowances).
Facilitate lotteries worldwide to analyze IT system requirements for Secure data Tx/Rx
• Develop cryptographic algorithms for data encryption
• Implement AES/RSA/ Triple DES/Blowfish encryption to critical data Rx/Tx systems
• Designed specifications after evaluating customer’s needs
• Lead and mentored development teams through the hole S/W life cycle.
• Monitor new projects startups ensuring good operation.
• Design monitor and support procedures on per case project
• Assess S/W security vulnerabilities and provide resolutions.
Software design. Secure data Tx/Rx over TCP/IP, GPRS, VSAT
• Software coding and unit testing.
• Systems integration.

• Troubleshoot program errors in existing systems
