➼ Preparing Quantity Sheet / MTO (Material take off) based on drawings using Auto CAD.
➼ Preparing monthly invoices/valuation for the Client & Sub Cont. and follow up with the Clients/consultant for approval.
➼ Computation of weekly percentages for the work accomplished & updating the schedule.
➼ Monitoring all changes in the project and preparing Variation claims.
➼ Assisting in verifying claims, variations, and contractual issues for ongoing project
➼ Initiate, prepare & develop project plans & schedules according to standards, contract specifications and accepted Project Management practices.
➼ Coordinate with the Project Manager, Site Manager, Site Engineers and Engineers of various disciplines etc. to acquire proper data and specifications for the master schedule.
➼ Analyze drawings, specifications & method statements of works for the preparation of activity networks / scheduling using MSP.
➼ Develop major milestone activities & establish a well-defined Work Breakdown Structure, which includes all the scopes of work.
➼ Calculating and assigning duration of each task based on Labour Productivity & Civil Engineering practice adopted at site.
➼ Follow-up with Subcontractor/ site team to monitor project progress of all activities deliverables and make daily/weekly and/or monthly reports as required by management and/or client.
➼ Attend project progress status review meetings with client, vendors and sub-contractors.
➼ Assess actual progress versus planned progress to determine variances if any & Develop Action and Recovery plans to support project completion on time.
1) Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the specifications to maintain proper quality at site.
2) Coordinating with supervisors and other team members to ensure that project is completed on time and within budget parameters.
3) Prepearing cost estimates for materials and personnel based on documents, project plans and drawings.
4) Assisting with the development of 2D drawings using Auto CAD.
5) Performing calculations to determine quantities of materials required at site on daily basis.
Construction of a 6-story RCC building with pile foundation. I was assigned to supervise the ongoing below mentioned works:
• Boring work, executed with the help of Direct Mud Circulation and chisel method
• Lowering of Reinforcement cage by crane
• Flushing of bore hole using bentonite slurry
• Pile concreting using tremie pipes
