Obtained patient's preliminary case history through excellent communication with customer, examine and detect any signs of ocular injury, ocular disease or abnormality using special equipments. Determination of the refractive perror of the eye objectively by using retinoscope and auto for adult and also children more than 11 years old and subjectively by using, trial frame, trial lens set, cross cylinder, douchrom test, astigmatic fan, steniopic slit; diagnose findings for patient’s current visual status to ensure the corrective lenses will help to improve the vision in relation to binocular single vision. Informed patients of their conditions and referred them to ophthalmologist if disorders or disease are detected. PD, Pantoscopic tilting, bow angle, CVD, VD, BC Measurements. Contact lenses fitting; spherical and toric (Freshlook, air optix, acuevue, moist, daily, aqua clear, adore, oasis).Making the best recommendations for the customer’s needs whether luxury frames, or global ophthalmic lenses (eg; Ziess, rodenstock, Essilor). Manage the inventory and merchandising of retail aspects of glasses, contact lenses and other vision care products. Maintain general cleanliness and hygiene standards. Liaise with sales representative from vision care product suppliers.

Input information into the medical records-keeping system CITRIX, and ensuring that medical supplies are well stocked on SAP system (make the orders, receive goods, makes STO). Performing Shop inventory and ordering stocks.Maintaining general cleanliness and hygiene standards. Liaising with sales representatives from eye care product suppliers.
