Specific duties as Program Officer include:

• Development and submission of periodic reports PU/DR (Progress Update and Disbursement Request) as per donor requirements in consultation with technical and Finance departments
• Provide support to Team Lead in development of grant proposals, in Grant making including development of grant documents in coordination with donor, development of grant documents for Sub-Recipients (SR)
• Coordinate and development of C19RM Funding Request (in close collaboration with CCM Secretariat and Leadership).
• Handle LFA (Local Fund Agent) review of periodic progress update
• Development of periodic CCM Dashboards for AIDS, TB and Malaria (CCM-Country Coordinating Mechanism)
• Contribute to the preparation of accurate reporting on program and activities that enables consistency of information presented to partners, stakeholders and Ministry and other Government partners
• Experience of part taking in development of Planning Commission 1 (PC-1)
• Liaise closely with technical and implementing staff to ensure that reports meet the technical and content requirements of TGF and LFA (Local Fund Agent)
• Capacity Building of Sub Recipients (SR) in grant management and reporting of quarterly data as per donor requirements
• Periodic Monitoring and Evaluation of SRs' performance including field visits, review of their PUDRs and Feedback
• Prepare drafts of background material, working papers and presentations for briefing, review sessions and meetings
• Facilitated for workshops and trainings on Understanding the reporting templates of The Global Fund
• Undertake any other activity that contributes to the smooth running of the program

The Project management techniques have been observed of Organization NCR (National Cash Register) on 1 of their key project ATM installation, their resources allocation, cost estimation and schedules by using Project Monitoring methods, scheduling and tracking and Risk management. The online Stock Exchange trading of listed company’s shares was also the part of one of the studies project to understand the working of stock exchange and Brokers house.
