Kuwait Civil Service Commission: NETWORK ENGINEER:
•Installing, Configuring, Troubleshooting, Router & Switches in LAN and WAN Environment.
•Troubleshoot all onsite Network whereas CISCO Router, Firewall and MICROSOFT Servers are working
•Responsible to suggest the best solution for Remote Sites over the Fiber Connectivity.
•Working on NAT, VPN, VLANS, L2 and L3 VPN, Routing etc.
•Responsible to Design and Maintain the CSC WiMAX Network
•Responsible to configure Ministries DNS for CSC Connectivity over MADA and KIN network.
•Maintaining the CSC Enclosures Connectivity.
•Dealing with Cisco Routers and Firewall in order to communicate each other according to Network Topology.
•Coordinating with MADA (WiMAX) Team to keep all Sites UP and Running properly
•Responsible to go with MADA Team for New Installation.
•Supported CAIT to deploy KIN (fiber) Network in all Ministries.
•Monitoring Solar wind, Infoblox, Syslog, for maintaining Remote network
•Responsible to make Reports of all issues and update them in H. Desk Program.
•Handling more than 160 remote sites of CSC, monitoring and managing it.
Sending advertising messages as per requirements of the Country/Account Managers
•Monitoring Services and related applications for mentioned operators and making sure they are they are live and up and running all the time
•Handling complaints, requests, queries received from Mobile Operators regarding Value added services and resolving them
•Installation of IP Printers and shared printers.
•Installation, configuration & scheduling of Antivirus software on client PC's.
•Troubleshooting of network, printers and computers.
•Installation of all computer accessories, operating system and other software's.
•Implements network management and automate system troubleshooting
•Installation, configuration and administration of Cisco IT infrastructures - Cisco switches, routers and network protocols.
•Analyzes complex network problems and coordinates resolutions.
•Provides maintenance, wiring and repairs of workstations, peripherals (printers, scanners, etc.) and communication equipment.
•Configuring and trouble Shooting RIP, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP
•Implementation, verification and troubleshooting of NAT and ACL
•Configuring Switches for VLANs
