Roles and Responsibilities included:
 Have managed Regional HR Manager role handling 1300 employees in Tamil Nadu and Maharashtra
 Being an ADVISOR to the Senior Management,
 Implementation, monitoring and ensuring compliance of HR POLICIES and PROCESSES in the Organization, Branding and Communication (Internal and External).
 PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT & APPRAISAL - Conducting performance reviews, progression interviews and assessments for monitoring performance of employees and enabling a high performance culture.
 DATABASE MANAGEMENT: Maintaining updated personal records of employees, Preparing and publishing monthly scorecards and dashboards.
 RECRUITMENT: Manpower planning, Conducting recruitment drives, interviews and assessments to back fill vacant positions.
 TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT: Identify training requirements for all employees across business units and coordinating with the Training Management team for imparting required training to the employees.
 EXIT ACTION: Tracking resignation details, conducting retention discussions (counseling)with resigned employees, conducting Exit interview, enabling Exit action and helping the employee to get the relieving letter on his last working date.
 BUSINESS PARTNERING: Organizing/driving HR Open House sessions with employees and business leaders to understand their issues and grievances. Circulating Minutes of the meeting with the Business Leaders and following up for closure of Open issues.
 REWARDS AND RECOGNITION: Conducting Award functions to reward exemplary performances of employees. Seeking & Collating the nominations for Quarter/ Annual Awards and providing the same to Adjudicators for winner discussion. Preparing certificates for the Award winners and following-up with the vendors for organizing Award functions to ensure a good show of the event.
 EMPLOYEE RELATIONS and ENGAGEMENT ACTIVITIES: Conducting Monthly celebrations, Organizing and front-ending celebrations like birthdays, team outings, etc.
 EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PROGRAMS: Implementation and monitoring of Employee Benefit schemes such as Insurance, personnel transactions such as On-boarding, Compensation & Benefit System(Payroll), Promotions, Transfers, Vacation, Sick leave, Leave of Absence, Employee assistance, Performance reviews, along with ensuring discipline at work(initiating disciplinary actions like termination, if need be) and taking appropriate action for Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Workplace.
 INDUCTION: Organizing and Conducting Induction sessions for all the Lateral Hires on the Organizations’ HR Policies and processes. Ensure 100% coverage of new joiners so as to ensure that the new joiners are oriented on the guidelines on their date of joining itself.
 Handling multiple tasks, reports, Accurately performing challenging tasks with precision and attention to detail.
