Digital Assisted Banking - multi-entity, application enabling sales agents to onboard New-to-Bank (NTB)
and existing customers across CASA, credit cards, personal loans, and Fixed Deposits across Emirates NBD, Emirates Islamic,
and KSA entities.
• Led end-to-end elicitation, documentation, and validation of detailed business requirements from Product Directors, sales
agents, and operations teams for account-opening, FD, credit card, and loan workflows across multi-entity banking platforms.
• Authored and owned comprehensive BRDs, Functional Specifications, and User Stories with clearly defined acceptance
criteria in JIRA and Confluence, serving as single source of truth for development and QA teams.
• Drove end-to-end gap analysis between existing banking processes and target-state digital workflows, identifying process
inefficiencies and recommending scalable solutions for CASA, credit card, and loan onboarding journeys.

• Gathered, analysed, and documented detailed business and functional requirements for payment processing systems
covering transactions, refunds, settlements, and chargebacks.
• Created clear User Stories, Epics, and Acceptance Criteria in JIRA, ensuring all payment workflows were well-defined and
traceable through to delivery and UAT.
• Performed thorough process mapping and business process gap analysis for payment channels including credit/debit card
transactions and bank transfers, identifying automation and efficiency opportunities.
• Collaborated closely with Product Managers, Developers, and QA teams to refine backlog items and ensure full alignment
between business goals and solution design.
• Defined data validation rules and business logic specifications for payment transaction data, account balances, and
transaction statuses across all integrated systems.
• Facilitated requirements review sessions and sprint planning ceremonies, providing domain expertise on payment processing
standards and ensuring stories met the Definition of Ready.
• Supported UAT by coordinating with business users to validate payment workflows end-to-end, documenting test results and
tracking defect resolution through to sign-off.
• Used DataDog logs and monitoring dashboards to analyse payment system behaviour, identify anomalies, and provide
data-driven requirement refinements to development teams.

• Automated end-to-end business scenarios for Identity Governance web UI using Selenium WebDriver, covering Identity &
Access Management components.
• Automated Identity Governance APIs with OAuth 2.0 for multiple IG components using REST Assured.
• Automated product installation on Linux environments with different databases (Postgres, MS SQL, Oracle) using shell
scripting.
