HR Connect operates in a shared service environment, a central unit providing HR related services to a user base size of 15, 000 Employees, Managers & HR Business Partners in Al-Futtaim.

Job Responsibilities:

On boarding Formalities - Processing visa applications. End to end case management right from receiving the candidate personal documents, applying for labour approval & visa processing, candidate joining & settling in, mandatory government joining formalities i.e: medicals, Emirates ID, Labour Contract & residence visa formalities for candidate and dependants.

Executing Hiring & Payroll action in SAP (HR modules for hiring, payroll and other payment transactions)

Facilitating & conducting Corporate HR Induction & orientation for all Group employees / new joiners in senior grades and bands (positions include Managers, Senior Managers, Group Managers, Technicians, Assistants, Executives, Analysts and Specialists).

Applying for medical insurance for candidates and dependants in accordance with the UAE labour laws and HADD authorities.

Preparing Probation Confirmation Letters and Reports on due dates.

Providing analytical support for employees in HR matters, which also include HR SAP systems issues.

Handling and resolving employee queries and concerns on HR processes, policies and systems. Updating employee Bank account details in SAP for salary transfers. Assisting employees in benefits or claim issues / concerns.

Processing employee advances to finance department for House Rent Loans, Furnishing/Settling Allowances, new joinee advances and other allowances. Administering employee transactions in SAP for all loans/advances given.

Monitoring data changes / updates having direct impact on payroll accounting, completed within relevant timescales as per SLAs in place. Ensuring all payroll impact transactions are updated in SAP before the close of payroll every month. Ensuring all incoming requests are attended in accordance with SLAs in place.

Recommending solutions for failed processes, thereby contributing to continuous improvement for achieving excellence.

Checking and organizing structured maintenance through SAP system.

Authorizing SAP and Outlook email ID processing for application, deletion, changes and transfers.

Verifying employee hotel stay, employee camp requirements and releasing accommodation allowances in SAP, impacting the employee payroll.

Assuming responsibility for end to end case resolutions

Providing expertise and feedback in specific functional areas of HR processes, policies, and transactions. Ensuring Data Privacy and Confidentiality, including promoting zero breach of office security policies. Ensuring high levels of data quality & accuracy.

Achieving internal customer satisfaction and minimizing complaints on delivery of HR Connect Services
