• Manage multiple Qatar Energy projects in Ras Laffan Industrial City (RLIC) involving EPC, EPIC,
and turnkey scopes.

• Prepared BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documentation, including quantity take-offs and
pricing analysis.
• Coordinated site activities, subcontractors, and material deliveries to maintain smooth
workflow and meet project schedules.
• Assisted in execution of turnkey villa projects (B+G+1+Penthouse) including structural,
architectural, and finishing works.
• Supervised interior fit-out works such as partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, and MEP
coordination.
• Prepared and reviewed shop drawings, ensuring alignment with design drawings and site
conditions.
• Developed and submitted method statements, JSA, material submittals, and inspection
requests (IRs) in line with QA/QC procedures.
